KINVIYO™ is a Family Awareness & Continuity Platform developed and operated by Nexvoria Technologies Private Limited (“Nexvoria”, “We”, or “Company”), a company duly incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013.

KINVIYO™ helps families — across India and internationally — organise and share awareness of their family identity, assets, liabilities, health information, insurance policies, and post-loss guidance in one structured, private, and secure platform. KINVIYO™ does not manage, invest, transfer, or hold money or financial instruments on behalf of any user.

The KINVIYO™ web application is live and available to registered users. Mobile applications (iOS and Android) are on the product roadmap and expected in August 2026; their availability is indicative and is not a condition of any subscription.

The KINVIYO™ platform is open to individuals worldwide. To create a valid account and subscribe, you must meet all of the following conditions:

By creating an account, you represent and warrant that all of the above conditions are satisfied. Nexvoria reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account obtained through inaccurate, incomplete, or fraudulent information, without liability.

Creating an account on the free tier, or subscribing to a paid plan, grants you a limited licence to access and use the KINVIYO™ platform in accordance with these Terms. It does not transfer ownership of any software or intellectual property to you.

KINVIYO™ offers a free tier and paid subscription plans. The plans, features, and prices applicable at the time of your purchase are those displayed on the KINVIYO™ website and platform. For users in India, amounts are stated in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST at prevailing rates.

All payments are processed exclusively through Razorpay, a third-party payment gateway authorised under the Payment and Settlement Systems Act, 2007, and regulated by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). By making a payment, you agree to Razorpay’s applicable terms of service and privacy policy. Nexvoria does not store, process, or access your card numbers, bank account details, or other financial credentials.

Subscriptions are valid for the period stated at checkout. Any renewal terms are presented to you at the time of purchase; where a subscription renews, it renews at the then-current price unless cancelled before the renewal date. Nexvoria may modify plan pricing at any time; a price change applies only to subscriptions or renewals made after the change and does not affect a period already paid for.

The KINVIYO™ web application is live. Access is provided to your registered account immediately upon successful registration (free tier) or successful payment (paid plans).

Nexvoria aims to provide reliable, continuous access but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. The platform may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or factors outside our reasonable control. Where significant maintenance is planned, we will give reasonable advance notice by email or in-app where practicable.

How the Starter plan protects you. The Starter plan (₹399 for 30 days) is your risk-free way to experience KINVIYO™’s individual features. We encourage every user to begin with Starter and upgrade only once satisfied.

Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by writing to connect@kinviyo.com from your registered email address. Cancellation stops any future renewal but does not entitle you to a refund of fees already paid; your access continues until the end of the current paid period.

This policy does not limit any non-excludable statutory rights you may have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (see Section 16).

KINVIYO™ is strictly an awareness and family-information organisation tool. It is not, and does not purport to be, a registered financial advisor, portfolio manager, stockbroker, insurance broker, legal advisor, medical professional, or any other regulated service provider in India or any other jurisdiction.

Nothing on the KINVIYO™ platform, website, or communications constitutes financial, legal, medical, tax, or investment advice. Users should consult qualified professionals for such matters.

KINVIYO™ operates on a Privacy First principle. No banking passwords, account credentials, or transactional access to any financial account is ever required or stored. Personal data is collected, stored, and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA) of India.

Your rights — access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent, and data portability where applicable — are described in the Privacy Policy. To exercise any right, contact connect@kinviyo.com. Nexvoria will never sell your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes.

By using KINVIYO™, you consent to Nexvoria using data derived from your use of the platform, strictly on an anonymised and aggregated basis, for product improvement, feature development, usage analytics and performance monitoring, and internal research reports.

The legal basis is your consent under the DPDPA 2023, which you may withdraw at any time by writing to connect@kinviyo.com.

All intellectual property relating to KINVIYO™ — including the name, logo, trademark (™), platform design, concept, software architecture, methodology, content, and all associated materials — is the exclusive property of Nexvoria Technologies Private Limited, protected under applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws.

Your subscription grants you no licence, right, title, or interest in any KINVIYO™ intellectual property beyond the limited right to use the platform. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, reverse-engineer, decompile, adapt, or create derivative works from any part of the KINVIYO™ platform, website, or materials without the prior written consent of Nexvoria.

By accessing the KINVIYO™ website and platform, you agree to use them solely for their intended purpose. The following are strictly prohibited:

The KINVIYO™ platform and website are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without representation or warranty of any kind — express, implied, or statutory — including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

KINVIYO™ is a tool to help families organise awareness; it does not guarantee any particular outcome, recovery of any asset, or any specific result. Features and integrations may be added, modified, or discontinued over time as the platform evolves. Nexvoria makes no guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free access.

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, Nexvoria Technologies Private Limited, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and authorised partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or related to:

In any event, Nexvoria’s maximum aggregate liability to any user shall not exceed the subscription fees actually paid by that user in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, if any.

The KINVIYO™ platform is accessible globally. Nexvoria makes no representation that the offering is appropriate or available in all jurisdictions. Users who access the platform from outside India do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with their local laws.

Nexvoria is incorporated and operates solely from Gurugram, Haryana, India, with no offices, branches, agents, or legal presence in any country outside India. Taxes, duties, or levies applicable to subscription fees in the user’s country of residence are the user’s sole responsibility. For Indian users, GST applies as per prevailing rates at the time of the transaction.

Nexvoria reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The revised version with its updated effective date will be posted on the KINVIYO™ website. For material changes that affect user rights, Nexvoria will send advance notice to registered email addresses at least 7 (seven) days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the platform after revised terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree, you may cancel your subscription as described in Section 6.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. The courts of Gurugram, Haryana, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms. For international users, by agreeing to these Terms, you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana, India.

In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the IT (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, Nexvoria designates a Grievance Officer to receive and address complaints. All grievances submitted in writing will be acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within 30 days of receipt.
